1. Subscription Plans

SalesFlow by Modifyed Digital offers four subscription tiers designed to meet different business needs:

• Basic Plan: $19/month - Essential CRM features for small teams (up to 250 contacts, no AI calling)
• Starter Plan: $49/month - CRM with AI calling capabilities (up to 500 contacts, 100 AI calls/month)
• Professional Plan: $149/month - Advanced features for growing businesses (up to 2,500 contacts, 500 AI calls/month)
• Enterprise Plan: $299/month - Full-featured solution for large organizations (unlimited contacts, 1,500 AI calls/month)

2. Free Trial

All new customers receive a 14-day free trial with full access to their chosen plan's features. No credit card is required to start your trial. The trial automatically expires after 14 days unless you choose to continue with a paid subscription.

3. Billing and Payment

• All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking
• All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
• Billing occurs on the same date each month as your initial subscription

4. Plan Changes and Upgrades

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time:

• Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
• Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• Usage limits may apply immediately upon downgrade
• No refunds are provided for plan downgrades

5. Usage Limits

Each plan includes specific usage limits for contacts and AI calls:

• Contact limits are enforced in real-time
• AI call limits reset monthly on your billing date
• Exceeding limits will prevent additional usage until upgrade or next billing cycle
• Historical data remains accessible even if usage limits are exceeded

6. Payment Failure

If payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment for up to 7 days. During this period, your account will remain active but with limited functionality. If payment remains unsuccessful after 7 days, your account will be suspended until payment is received.

7. Taxes

Prices exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges applicable to your subscription based on your location.
