SalesFlow is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that includes:

  • AI-powered calling capabilities
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • Integration capabilities with third-party services

3. User Accounts and Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share your account with others or allow multiple users to access a single account
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in illegal telemarketing
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's functionality

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance

  • AI-generated conversations are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate
  • You remain liable for all communications made through our platform

8. Service Availability and Modifications

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We reserve the right to impose usage limits to ensure fair use

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MODIFYED DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modifyed Digital from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
  • Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days
